Today our family closed all accounts with Chase! The Chase employee closing all of our accounts never once asked why we were closing. Normally a good business practice would be to care why customers are leaving and how to improve. Customer service is gone here and robots are the new way this bank works.

I love the front entrance with their power assisted doors. Just push a button and the doors open automatically like hospitals and medical facilities. Tellers were waiting inside to help customers. I was the only customer at 10 am but another customer came inside later and was assisted by another teller. I have been banking with Home Bank for five years and I have no complaints. Even though I have accounts with two credit unions, Home Bank is my main financial institution and home to my main checking account.

Second and third time were to order and pick up foreign currency. I like traveling but I dislike exchanging money at airport kiosks because their rates are never good. Their location is just inside the south door or where the grocery end of the store is located. I have not found this place to be too crowded on all of my visits during the past two years. There are usually two employees on hand so if one gets stuck on a lengthy transaction the other person or a manager will step up to a window even if they are helping a sit down customer.
