OK 1st to review…read more It's a bank. Come here to deposit your money or make a transaction. Open a new bank account or safe box. Ample amount of parking available. Also it can get very busy here at times. I come here to get my notary done. Friendly staff. Oh I almost forgot one time I somehow dropped my ID in the parking lot and had already driven away. Luckily a customer found it and one of the staff called me and I came to retrieve my drivers license - I thought that was pretty thoughtful.

She motioned with her hand pointing to herself. I said "ok, should I wait here?" She nodded yes. I sat on a seat near her desk. There was no response from her about how long the wait would be. She and the customer were making small talk and I was totally ignored. I gave up and left after about 20 minutes. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not go back there!!

I did not know they hold the checks for such a long to clear. I am not sure of their policies and will check that. Though having a business bank as CHASE- is also a good thing if you can do it as there are many branches in many states to have access. They set up a hold of much money to have an account, and charge for checks unless you have direct deposit. So, depending on your needs you must find a bank / or credit union that best suites what you want and can do. Most if not all these days have on line access as well. It is not easy to give a review as it really it an individuals choice for convenience, closeness, availability and of course assistance and good customer services in banking.

I went in with my parents to help them with some financial matters that needed to be taken care of. We had a scheduled appointment and we where taken right on time. We sore a Citigold representative who was extremely helpful and very nice. This is one of Citibank's smaller branches but has all you need. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If in the area again I would use this branch again.

I told them I needed to pay rent and the zelle was to my landlord, they started asking questions as to how I knew my landlord and when we met. Nobody even knows the right policy and I had to school them. When I went in this morning, I was told that I was not allowed to take out interest from CDs. I was told that there would be a penalty and a break fee if I took out interest. That's not the case as I've done it several times before. Then the manager told me there was a $.10 penalty fee. Talking about nickel and diming, . Every time the answer is no no and no when it should be yes or let me see what I can do to help you. I sent out five letters to the heads of the bank. It seems that nobody knows or cares. I can't wait until my business is finished so I can close my accounts at this branch and go somewhere that they care. The manager did listen to me, but basically placated me. Nothing I said, made any difference and it never will.

I would agree since the previous name, NEFCU, is an acronym which spells out Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. The new name provides a much clearer definition of the bank's business. There is a meaning to the name Jovia, a word derived from jovial. One can guess why they concluded that the new name should be Jovia. I believe Jovia has intentions on growing their customer business in the coming years by adding additional branches. It has been difficult with the pandemic to enjoy personal banking at any institution. I have not engaged with this bank often regardless that I am a savings customer. They do I have favorable savings rates compared to other banking institutions.

Went in to roll over money into a 401. woman at the "platform" was clueless and had to keep asking…read morethe man next to her what to do. they had us deposit the rollover check into our checking acct and filled out all the paper work to get the money rolled over - well nearly 1 month after and we are still waiting for the rollover to happen. stopped in on sat and lady we spoke too told us call retirement number, retirement people say branch SCREWED UP and did not authorize it as rollover. spent over 2 hours on the phone and have been told we have to go back to branch to get it fixed. they are the WORST branch I have ever encountered. thinking about taking our money and moving over to Chase
