I have my checking, savings, auto, and credit card all through Capital One. I have only personally dealt with the branch located in Raceland, La (70394). I deposited went to this location to deposit two checks into my Checking Account and did not notice until later that night that the teller actually deposited the checks into my savings instead. I figured this was be not big deal and that once they cleared the next day that I would be able to just transfer the money into my checking. Well, the next day, the funds where not available. So, I reached out to the bank for clarification and they seemed to not be able to assist me; I was told to call the number on the back of my ATM card. I then reached out to 360 and was told that my funds were on hold and would be on hold for 7 days since the checks were deposited into my Savings instead of my checking which was something that the tellers at the bank should have been able to inform me of, but did not. I then reached back out to the bank to let them know how this mistake on their behalf has inconvenienced me. I did not receive an apology and instead was given excuse upon excuse on how this could somehow be my fault. I then decided to make a complaint with the branch manager about how unapologetic her staff was. The branch manager, Robin, was very pleasant and apologize more than enough for what had taken place. After this incident, every encounter I made with this branch was unpleasant. No transaction after this was easy; whether it was for my job or personal. The tellers gave me CRAP every single time. (Tellers, Megan/Brandy) I was threatened with Fraud and then told that I could not cash a money order that I cashed on multiple occasions with this very branch. I will NO LONGER do any business with this branch. If I did not have all of my business with this Bank Itself, I would leave all together.

NO drive thru service...stopped in on 3/6/13 as leaving Thibodaux cause needed to make a business…read moredeposit...was mightily disappointed I couldn't just run through a drive up window.... BUT if they had such an option at this location then I woulda missed out on the WONDERFUL customer service I experienced when I was required to go in...all of the ladies inside were friendly as all get out...attention was prompt and quick and my teller was quick with a smile and a quip!! Even though I was a stranger these ladies made me feel like I was a regular... After initially being grumpy about having to park, my attitude got adjusted real quick upon entering and I'm glad I chose this location to handle my business! If I lived in Thibodaux this would be my branch!! My only complaint was with Yelp which refused to pull up the location, thus preventing me getting a check in, dammit Jim!!

That's where it ends I was not in the area of Laplace and wouldn't be for a while. The young lady directed me to this location. Oh my God when the manager came out the back I saw racist all over her. She proceeded to ask me questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. I called in on her and he was even worst. To the president of this bank just know I will be receiving six figures from a lawsuit that's why I opened it in the beginning. Don't worry your employees are garbage. I'll be taking that check down the hwy to FNB . Lost business due to racism so sad.
