My clients experienced around 10k of fraud with Wells Fargo as a bank(not this branch), but this branch was not really able to do much nor had much interest. Today they are hassling my seniors and prolonging their visit. I get profiling, but theses seniors should not be the target audience. What a slow branch. I knew going in that this small bank would not have all of the bells and whistles of Chase, but I did not know all of what I was getting into, and I realize I made a huge mistake. Not only are they closed on weekends, but there is also no one manning a customer service 1-800 phone number over the weekend. In addition, the website went down on Saturday afternoon into Sunday, making even the website inaccessible. Furthermore, Zelle payments that used to be available in my Chase account within minutes of being sent have been "Pending" since Saturday. It is now Monday morning, and although my account has theoretical cash, none of it is available to me. Due to my lack of knowledge about this bank and having no back up cash, I have been without ANY food or gas since Saturday. HUGE MISTAKE!
