My husband hadn't read up loads of dry mortgage prep paperwork like I had prior to our meeting with Paul but was excited to buy. We both left the meeting feeling confident in his abilities and with an understanding of what we should prepare and expect for success. We had met with 6 or so lenders prior to Mr. Conigliari and we were both extremely impressed with everything he advised us on and reviewed. We both felt really confident that we had found the perfect lender for any lending situation moving forward. We left his office with a plan that was based on our best needs and finances rather than a template-strategy like the others had delivered. We've now bought homes in Flagstaff twice with his help and there is absolutely no way that it would have been as seamless without his expertise. We honestly wouldn't have purchased the second time without Paul. If he says something is financially sound we have no doubt now that it'll benefit our lives. He's seriously that great at what he does. He anticipated possible scenarios and had us covered and accounted for through everything with a level of detail that made all the difference in both purchases. After our first successful purchase he followed up after a year to provide further advice for us without a personal agenda which really helped further our financial situation. We are by no means well off financially in a way that would make these moves easy but we were dedicated to purchase a great long term home and stop paying rent (because rent is just insane here, but so are home prices- glad we bought). Flagstaff is a tough and truly ridiculous market but if it's possible to purchase, Paul can make it happen. He deserves awards for his dedication to getting the best rates available, communicating realistic objectives and doing a great job for clients. I highly recommend anyone needing lending help speak to him. He went far above all the others we met with in town (and the others were very well rated and knowledge). We are so glad we met him and really appreciate all that we were able to finance wisely because of his advise and expertise. At the time of our first home purchase, as complete noobs prior to the process on a personal level, we closed on time. A couple of different friends purchased through other respected lenders and closed much later than they'd expected, which is not ideal for several potentially costly reasons. We actually ended up closing a little early which allowed us to move in with more efficiency. The second time we closed on time also and without a hitch. Just all around amazing. Very highly recommend to everyone.
