Upon arrival, we were greeted by the assistant manager Madonna which was extremely hospitable & helpful in getting her taken care of. The branch supervisor Barbara, did great in getting matters sorted out for us & making sure that we were informed of all things dealing with the account. While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms. Definitely round of applause to this Branch.
