The male teller came over and told me he was helping others at the counter and it would be a minute, and took my ID, Wells Fargo card and check to be cashed. I was only looking to cash one small check, nothing big. Information sat on the counter for 10 minutes and I hit the call button and requested my information back. No real help here... And they don't have any real help inside period. If I could give them a '0' I would.
