Worthless branch, never helpful and can't even give out correct information on their checking accounts

This is my go-to Chase location and every time I've been here it's been nothing but excellent service. Not even just standard, get what I came for service... like ... really exceptionally friendly, welcoming bankers that actually seem like they enjoy their job and helping the customers coming in! I wouldn't usually expect to think about banks as offering anything other than just standard service, but this one has done just that, so for you Chase Sunbury... you get 5 stars! :) read more
