I love that Copper State works with other credit unions, so I can do my banking locally while having my accounts in another credit union. Fry 's has been putting a pending transaction and then deducting the final cost of their app/pickup orders, the two this happened the call center agents will release the additional pending hold to be able to use funds in the account, A rep told me that the call center gets real time updates unlike the branches... which I understand because I worked for a large company sending communications to administrative staff down the rep level. Been with Desert Financial in some kind of way for over 18 years, I will never bank with big banks like Chase, BofA,etc . Where they charge ridiculous fees just to have an account. Desert Financial will reimburse any ATM fees when needed to withdraw cash from credit unions ATMs at the start of new billing cycle. A branch rep told that every February they give every account a "thank you" credit, I think based on how often you used your account or average balance, not sure just remember back in February I got around $20 credit. I recommend this Bank, Charles Schwab or USSA, if you are qualified family member. And little special touch they have big variety of card designs... ASU, Cardinals and desert pictures. Here are some of the most inconvenient features this bank has in place. 1) You cannot transfer between accounts between 10pm and 1am. So if you need emergency funds from your savings. Between any point at that time. Any other bank would be more "convenient. 2) Mobile uploads for check deposits. Half the time don't work. And if you decide to do it over the weekend. Cause you got paid on a Friday. Well good-luck cause twice my check was held for review. Taking even longer!!!! 3) You don't get your paycheck a day or 2 before. Like most banks. 4) **** YOU CANNOT DEPOSIT CASH OR A CHECK INTO THE ATM AT THE BRANCH , YOU MUST SPEAK WITH THE TELLER TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. SO FORGET IT IF YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN A PINCH, SO YOU'LL NEED TO DO ALL THAT DURING BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT **** 5) The App is buggy, internal errors. Mind you I'm on an IPhone 17 pro. forget it if you wanna use Zelle. They'll freeze your shit if they think it's "suspicious" the fuck???? What I do with my money. And who I send my money too. And very unprofessional.. 8) You need to make 12 purchases on your card a month or some shit like that. To avoid monthly cost for having your money In their bank. So spend money to not be fined? I regret going with this bank in the first place. But I inconveniently was ushered in by one of the lady's. And I didn't wanna deal with my direct deposit at the time. Though Finally getting that situated. Now that it's tax season. Once that hits the account I'm pulling my funds and moving back to a credit union. Save yourself the inconvenience. This bank truly sucks. I actually have nothing good to say about it, it's been the most inconvenient experience of my 2025 year.

Went to the local Comerica Bank today to research and obtain a business account. Super convenient…read morelocation in the heart of Peoria located at 75th and Thunderbird. Lots of ample parking and nice drive-thru area with wide lanes. 24-hour access to the ATM outside of the building, as well. The lobby entrance is clean like I would expect but let's face it, the future of banking is changing right before our eyes. The days of tellers and standing in line are practically ancient history. You now state your business in the lobby and the correct individual comes out to cater to your needs. I was there to research and obtain a business account and Mia Brooks helped my wife and I. We were addressed immediately when we walked inside and we were in front of a banker in just a couple of minutes. Most of their accounts have little or no fees. I am impressed with their customer service thus far and I like how convenient this location is here in Peoria. They're open until 5 p.m. during the week with Saturday hours, as well for your convenience. Their online banking software is intuitive, user-friendly and easy to utilize. Mia spent the necessary time with us and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Comerica to family, friends or fellow Yelp'ers.
