They made me hobble in on my fractured foot to come in so they could look me in the eye and tell me nobody at the bank recognized me when this woman doesn't even work at the location. THE DREAM TEAM! My…read morehusband and I met Toy Eng at an open house along with a real estate agent Michele Devitto who we would end up selecting to help us in our search for a home. During the open house we mentioned to Toy that we were just looking at the moment to get a feel for what's out on the market. Usually, when we mention that "we are just looking" to any agent or mortgage broker they tend to not want to help us further. Toy was the complete opposite and was eager to give us advice about the process of purchasing a home (coop or house) when ever we were ready. She gave us the time of day and because of that we selected her as our Mortgage broker when the time came. About 6 months passed and we decided to contact Toy. She took the time to meet with us in private. She explained every detail (step by step) pertaining to the purchase of a house or Coop. We left that meeting feeling extremely confident that Toy was the right person to help us moving forward. About 2 months later we found the perfect coop and decided to purchase even though we were aware of the lengthy process compared to purchasing a house.
