I withdrew my money in a cashiers check and called the corporate office. They gladly opened a money market account for me over the phone so all I had to do was go to a different branch and deposit my cashier check. I must also comment on the lack of privacy at this branch. The way it's set up its hard to have any private conversation. Zeal opportunistically looks for ways to make money through fees, and if you're not paying attention, they will stick it to you. If you open an auto loan account, they will force you to open an additional savings account (even if you already have one) and maintain a $5.00 balance in the account. WHY? Then when you payoff the loan, they pocket the $5.00 - not a huge deal, but WHY? I could go on.... but I'm not sure it would result in any changes....
