They have a great drive-through with a real human behind the window and they're very personal with their customer service. I have been slacking off on my organisational skills lately and I did not order business checks in time, so I needed some temporary copies. He asked why and when it was all said and done the woman in the McQuades store in Mystic, CT told him, "oh well." Located at the end of a strip mall, a bit down the road from Whole Foods, parking is shared with other businesses. Just inside the door is a desk with deposit/withdrawal slips and pens. Stand in line to wait for your turn at the customer service counter. A seating area is off to the right where you can wait to speak with a customer service rep in a private office. After making my withdrawal, I sat here for a moment before being acknowledged. I provided my ID, got my questions answered and a new debit card was made for me before I left. All together a very quick and productive visit. There was not a lot of customer traffic during my visit.

Some of the original staff call me Mr. Name, nice to be remembered. Almost never a wait inside and most times you are first or second in drive thru. Safe deposit boxes offered. ATM inside and a drive up also. Grounds are well kept and always clean. It was the first bank in the area. I just like being treated as a person, not like I am lucky to bank here. A great banking choice if you want to be appreciated.
