I went in to check on a cashiers check the status that I lost. The teller said if I lost it it can't be replaced or they do not have a copy of it. Well obviously this person does not know their job because everything is traceable. They put me inline to see someone who can help me I waited for 30 minutes while no one was in the bank one guy got in the phone the other left his desk and the manager was at first just walking around. Finally the manager can back and asked if I had been helped duh! I had been sitting there all by myself kindly I said no I have been for like 30 minutes and I do t see anyone here so she helped me. And she did find my cashiers check she traced it and gave me a copy. I will be closing my account especially because the saving gives you no interest or very little and no one at chase has offered me anything better not even a high interest CD. I've already visited this branch a few times now. I've had to wait in line outside once and all the other times I've been able to conveniently walk into the branch and experience quick service. The staff here seems to be pleasant and wanting to serve. I've used the ATM's here a few times as well, both drive-thru and walk-up. Haven't had any issues, usually because I'm only depositing. Most issues I have with ATMs are with withdrawals. My last in-branch experience, I walked in with a very short wait, only 1 person in front of me. I made a deposit and requested a cashier's check. The transaction was very fluid and the teller was great. She offered an envelope to put the cashier's check in, which was very nice of her. Had a bunch of errands to run here at this branch. Went to the counter to deposit some funds and had a pleasent conversation with two ladies about the holidays. I also had some issues with my account so I went to speak to Vanessa. We also discussed the holidays and my amazing tamale recipe all the while handling my account issue. Warning, as long as your banking needs are basic and nothing unusual arises this branch is average at best. The Branch manager to the private banking officers are robots, poor customer service and worse solution seekers to questions or issues out of the box. We had and issue with our mothers IRA account, the response was they could not deal with a withdrawal issue which required some actual work to find a solution. We went to the Claremont, Foothill Branch and the problem was addressed with some actual thinking which resulted in problem solved. Find another branch, save your sanity. read more

I always go to this bank. I love the bank, friendly people friendly staff. The only thing is every time I go into the bank. I see the security guard just sitting in a little room on his phone the last two security guards that they had a young lady and an older man was really nice. They would open the door they would tell us. Hi how are you, but this security guard all he does is sit down on his phone to walk around. Go check to make sure everything's OK like the other security guard that they had before his look and go back look down on his phone. My wife and I have our accounts since Washington Mutual days and now Chase. We have our personal checking accounts, Credit Cards, and Savings plus our business accounts like checking, Credit Cards, and loan. I have never had anyone at this branch treat me how the rude manager did on Thursday! She didn't care or want to hear anything I said! Well if she doesn't care neither do I! I for sure will be closing our business accounts and going to another bank! I don't appreciate being treated like that and the way things are now, nobody needs any attitude from a place that is open to HELP us out!! Shame on this Manager!! She was an older lady; I didn't catch her name. She was very curt. I let her know what I needed but before I could finish she started on my first transaction. She was cold throughout the process. And in a very rude tone she said for future state that the beginning....well if you would have let me finish talking I could have stated what I needed. You really can't miss this huge building. This branch is conveniently located right off the freeway and also within the same plaza as the Eastland shopping center. So if you're ever low on cash, you can just walk on over to reload! I must note, though, this is the only branch that I've seen to have a valet service just to park in their lot. And did i mention it's mandatory? To avoid all this, just go during closing hours so the valet guy doesn't harass you to pay for their service. This isn't a fancy restaurant for goodness sakes! The tellers and customer service reps are pretty friendly. I didn't notice any sour faces when I walked into the bank and there was a full staff on a Monday afternoon. No long waits here! disappointed in what i saw today. customer wanted to open an account and they told her since they are closing soon (25 minutes) they can't help her. they can freeze her account but they can't open a new one (which means she has no access to her money until TUESDAY). Why bother to be open until 4 PM if you're essentially closing early and refusing to serve your customers important banking needs - only doing the "easy" stuff for the last 1/2 hour? the manager said because they have to lock the doors at 4. fine lock the doors and don't allow anyone else in at 4, but serve the customers that enter your establishment before 4 PM. this just seems downright lazy and not customer friendly at all. read more

Terrible customer service here. Came in to speak with rep and got Nathan. Explained that I always talk with a rep when doing transfers for one of our businesses. Without even looking up our account he says "oh you have to go to the teller" I explain we are preferred private clients. And he says rudely 'you still have to do transfers at teller'. Guess they don't mind us moving all our accounts out of Chase! I will definitely not come back to this branch as we are treated much differently at our normal branch. This Chase is usually relatively slow. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins to be helped. Only incident I had was when one personal banker didn't want to help me because I only had a service issues and not a sale for her. Other than that, they're always so helpful and nice. The branch manager at this Chase is all over the place, sometimes she's a teller to help out the tellers and sometimes she's a banker. New Parking/building/cool-looking-atms: 5 stars Customer Service: 5 stars What brings all those 5 stars down to my final 3 star verdict? Their drive-thru pneumatic tube machines are always broken! I go to this particular branch versus the other 2 or 3 branches closer to my house specifically for these machines and they are always broken. This is surprising considering this branch and all their equipment are still extremely new. Also, why have fancy touch-screen tablet looking atms inside the vestibule if your cash withdrawal limit is still as low as regular atms? Seems pointless to have a cool new atm machine that is more complex to use yet has the same limitations as the old simpler machines. read more

Um you guys have full access to call the customer and say "hey in case you were tearing your house or car apart looking for your card, we have it but had to shred it". Quick and easy! I have 2 joint accounts--one with my mom and one with Peter. My usual banker told me that in order to change my name (due to marriage), I would need to go with my mom and also with Peter. Due to scheduling conflicts, I haven't changed my name. Finally, I decided to come in with my mom and I was seen right away. The banker who helped me told me that I don't need my mom and Peter to be present to change my name! Pfffft! All this waiting for no reason! This nice woman helped me change my name on all my accounts, gave me a new debit card and called the credit card people for me to order a new card!
