I am never able to reset it myself.. I get error messages. How do you want me to pay my statements on time if I can't access them? And automatic payments do not save? There customer team asks me "For security, we need you to verify what your password is.." "Happily. Which one? You have three logins on your website." I ask this question and I am told "Uhhh for your account ma'am." This is not helpful. If it wouldn't ding my line of credit.. I would've closed this account long ago!
