He was thorough and assured us that he wouldn't leave until we were completely satisfied with his work....even if that meant cleaning the carpets multiple times. He worked quickly and did an amazing job! The carpets almost loom new again...and that was no easy feat! Best part? His process allows your furniture to go back into place in as little as 45 minutes! For context, my expectations were very realistic. I needed carpets cleaned in three rooms, the living room was very dirty in the high traffic areas and I understood from the get go it would be hard to make it look normal. The other two were relatively ok. This is a rental property and carpets had not been shampooed in a while. I asked Chase before he started to work on the carpets if he thought they were "salvageable" in a sarcastic way hoping he would be upfront and told me whether he would be able to clean them or not. He didn't seem to be concerned at all and went ahead and did his thing. When he was done he charged me and left. At the moment I was a little skeptical of the work since he did everything in less than an hour and carpets were completely dry. It was late and dark therefore hard for me to see if they looked any different and didn't put much emphasis in the whole thing since at that point I was relieved they had been taken care of! Next day with sunlight is when I realized carpets hadn't been taken care off. They seriously looked as if nothing had been done to them. We talked and came again to give it another shot. Made no difference. The reason is because they do not shampoo your carpet. First, they vacuum the carpet with a conventional normal home use vacuum. Then they "clean" your carpet with a machine that seems more suitable for floors than carpets since a round pad rotating on top of the carpet WITHOUT any mix of water/chemicals/suction is what is supposed to be doing the cleaning. After that another nice man came back a third time and brought a different machine this time (his own personal). This was an actual shampoo machine (for home use) that showed some progress but nothing drastic. After that they offered to bring a commercial cleaner instead but to this day I have yet to hear back from Chase. No doubt in my mind they mean well and there was no doubt in my mind they were really trying but that doesn't directly correlate to results, specially when using the inappropriate tools. In the end they are not results driven. As long as they spend the time and use their "floor" machine/chemicals they will charge you regardless of whether the carpets were actually cleaned or not. I was never offered a refund, work had been done and there was no turning back whether my problem had been solved or not. I never asked for a refund either, it was never about the money, all I wanted is for my problem to get solved and my carpets to look clean. In the end problem was never solved, lost my money, had to rent a machine and clean the carpets myself. read more

We have oriental rugs and they knew those rugs cannot be cleaned except by special washing. Nice touch. Chase and Henry were in and quickly did the job to 110% satisfaction.
