We took several quotes from others for two mini split systems and liked Porky's price. Installation…read morewent great, no problems. During install, Porky had us updated on progress to assure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Two weeks later, our house' main furnace went out. I spoke to Porky on the phone and he advised me on troubleshooting to see if maybe it is something simple. He called me twice to see how the troubleshooting was going. After determining that the problem was more serious than previously thought, he had someone (Justin) come over first thing next morning. Justin came over and was quick to find the issues and installed new parts. We are very happy with Porky's and highly recommend them.
