I have been a fan of Chase's for years. It has always been my go-to for ordering flowers. By the way, my Yelp reviews are almost always good ones, so this is hard to write. I ordered a $90 bouquet for my uncle's funeral and of course I ordered from Chase's because I wanted the job done well. I got to the funeral home and I was so embarrassed. The bouquet I had ordered was so small. I couldn't even think about the service because I was thinking about how embarrassing this was. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful, but it was not even close to being a $90 bouquet (the base price without taxes and delivery). What they sent I could have gotten at Wegmans for $30 or less than that at Costco. I called immediately after the service. They were nice, but said that was the correct price and bouquet. They said the vase I chose couldn't hold anymore flowers than what it had in it or it would look silly. There were 3 size options for the arrangement I chose. I ordered the largest one. If a vase is not big enough, why would you even have that vase and arrangement available together? They gave me a 20% discount when I called. Still not worth $72!!!!! Lesson learned-no more Chase's and call the florist next time to make sure my arrangement will be sufficient. read more

Chase's did a beautiful job on the flowers for my father's funeral. They customized several arrangements to the colors and flower types I was looking for, but the important part was the tomato plant. My dad and I grew tomatoes together every year for as long as I can remember. They were able to find a huge tomato plant, in August, to incorporate along with the traditional arrangements. It was an unusual request, and I was afraid it would be too late in the season to buy a tomato plant, but they made it work perfectly. My whole family loved it. read more

I do not yet know how this will end, but so far, I'm getting great service. The person I ordered flowers for was not home. Chase's tried calling her, but when they got no answer they called me. They offered to leave the flowers or take them back to the greenhouse and to try tomorrow. I appreciate that they didn't just leave the flowers there. Ordered Gerber Daisy's and a touch of greens in a vase in the AM. Daughter received the arrangement at 2pm, however, the flowers were 14 Mini Gerbers, not Gerbers as ordered, it also contained more green than expected as well as tons of babys breath. The card that came with the arrangement, said " We consider every order an obligation to give satisfaction... Please phone AT ONCE if these flowers or plants do not meet your expectation..." So I called, and oh boy did I get a surprise. Just awful service, called to get a refund, was given the run around by the owner, told them I would just call mastercard, and was told "I don't believe you have the gall to do that". It's my money not theirs...in the end after some argument they said they would cancel the order and that I should "never call here again" and then hung up on me. So anyhow I would avoid at all cost... order from someone else. read more

When I call with a list of dates, teams and flower counts, they are extremely pleasant, personable, efficient ad offer great customer service. They take care to have everything ready and waiting and the flowers always look perfect. They take care on attention to detail and freshness and I have only had a wonderful experience through their years of service. I am a tough customer (just ask my wife). I called and asked for something unique for my wife for Valentine's Day. They not only did Chase Greenhouse hit the mark with my special request, my wife is ecstatic. We try and be good stewards of the earth, thus while cut flowers are beautiful, they have a limited beauty life. I asked for transplantable flowers that she could enjoy, not only for a week, but for years to come. The team at Chase nailed it with in bloom bulb flowers and a tea rose plant that she loves now and she can transplant into her flower garden to love well into the future. Bravo!!!! read more
