Never judge a vape store by the back-of-the-cabinet vibe. At first glance, I wasn't sure if I'd found a vape shop or the secret back panel of a 1970s hutch. But once I stepped inside -- boom -- flashing lights, colorful signs, and a wild selection that totally redeemed the entrance. The staff were super helpful (there seemed to be one for every customer), and they take Apple Pay -- always a win. Prices ran about $5 higher than my usual spot, but I signed up for rewards and scored 10% off, so I'll call it even. Clean store, decent smell, and surprisingly fun. Moral of the story: never judge a vape store by its cabinet vibes -- sometimes the treasure's inside. read more

Zero help, bought a battery for my delta 8 cart, walked out and put the cart on the battery and tried to turn it on and it didn't work. When I returned not two minutes later as she watched me sitting in my pickup at the door, she refused to be of any assistance to replacing the shitty $19.00 battery but rather saying it works because the light when she plugged it in worked and then basically insisted that I either charge it and wait.... Which didn't work anyways.. or buy a new battery. I'm not mad about the money wasted more as I am of the poor ass customer service I was given. I'll make the drive to Watertown's very own Vape Depot any day to get the service that Phil, Nancy and the rest of the employees give out! If it were me I'd rather close as a business than have an employee like the one I dealt with today. read more

The guy was extremely rude, he had no education on the products in his store, and the vape he sold me was burnt out. Do not waste your time or money with this shop. 0/10 never again. read more

You will find a great selection of mods and juices here as well as A wide selection of accessories and coils. They have the best prices I've found and they will beat the competitions prices. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful here. If you are new to vaping I would recommend this place first because they explain why one option is preferable to another and will make sure you get what works for you. read more

At this location and employees at other locations have made me feel and reassure me this is a neutral and equal safe place for all. Btw I would first send my husband down to get my order till one time he had to work odd hours. Then after 3 years I had to leave my home and go my self. I was scared. It was amazing. Hadn't been in public for like 3 years about the same to shop. All from anxiety and crippling dression. I called on day and it was flames that worked with me over the phone and set the order aside and he went and got the combo. So long story short. You need to go. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and how to find what suits your needs without trying to seel you things you don't need or want, or are above your needs. The store itself is very well laid out, and the long vape bar in the middle of the store is awesome for trying out new flavors. It is nice to be able to sample every single flavor in the store before you buy if you want to, without the employees being pushy or trying to rush you. They have created a neat laid back atmosphere that is inviting. Again, I cannot stress how happy I am that these people have helped me quit smoking finally after years of an addiction I can't seem to shake.

This is hands down the best vape shop in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices are unbeatable and they will BEAT anybody in the area's prices. They only sell premium juice so you won't find house blends here, but the juice is so much better when it's made by professionals.
