I will forever be grateful for Ms. Julie, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Maria! The sweetest and most heartfelt ladies that my daughter has watching over her. She went from being very anti-social and really shy to dancing and singing and just over all happy. She wakes up every morning asking to see her "Friends!" You know that as a mom when your child is happy to go to school that is a huge peace of mind. She has learned to express herself more and engage more with other kids. The communication is huge as well. I love that I get pictures and videos of my daughter! It honestly makes my day! I have also gotten a lot of advice on steps to better my child education. I wish my daughter could stay with them until high school. As a mom it scares me to think that I won't find a place better then this one, once she's ready to transition. My grandson has been in this daycare for 2 years and loves it !! He has learned so much over the 2 years. The level of care and concern shown daily from Ms. Julie and her staff is amazing! I've personally worked in the moval school district for 18years and would definitely recommend this daycare. I am going to start from the very beginning, I spoke to Julie regarding my son's needs, he is 3 years old and in the spectrum, but he is level 2 so he doesn't really have special needs, the only additional thing he needs is getting picked up at their curbside after being dropped off by his school bus twice a day, my son goes to the head start program of Moreno Valley School District so he gets dropped off at noon twice a week. The other thing that he need is getting ABA therapy done at their place which doesn't really require any special assistance from them because the therapist come there to conduct the session and they do not need to do anything aside from letting the therapist come. After giving this information, she decided to charge us more than what is supposed to be his tuition for his age, just because he's in the spectrum, we had to pay $100 more a month. Because we need daycare as soon as possible I agreed without knowing that this is a violation against California Civil Rights Section 54 and ADA. I honestly didn't care at first because I dont mind paying more if my son is really going to receive "special treatment or really in good hands. After sending my son at their care for only a month, more and more issues and concerns are arising. My son was sent home twice due to being "short staffed" without any advance notice. He was also sent home for having a runny nose and was told that they will not accept him until this is gone which I understood and accepted, mind you, they sent him home after he was dropped off by his school bus which means the school district was fine with his symptoms. We decided to find another daycare right after this and gave Julie the 3 week notice for pulling out our son from their care. I explained everything to her regarding my son's runny nose, he has allergies, other parents know that allergy medicines does not take away all their symptoms. She tried to convince me to stay and that she will accomodate my son's allergy symptoms as long as we give him allergy medicine and get clearance from his doctor. I wasn't convince and told her that we already found another day care. The week after I gave her the notice, my son's allergies got worse. He was already sent home on a Monday due to being short staff again, the next day he was dropped off by his school bus at noon and after picking him up in the afternoon they messaged me to say that my son may have pink eye due to having runny nose, teary and crusty eyes. I explained to Julie again that he has allergies and he also had blocked tear duct that is causing the discharge and teary eyes and it's worse on allergy season, I provided medical records that shows his diagnosis, he has allergic conjunctivitis which clearly states that symptoms are the same as having a pink eye and it's not contagious but Julie didn't accepted this, she continue to tell us that my son has pink eye and doesn't believe what his medical records is stating. She told us that she needs clearance from his pediatrician so we agreed, we told her that we're going to bring my son in the morning to his dr to get that clearance and then again, Julie changed her mind, she said my son's symptoms has to go away and she will not accept him even with clearance from the doctor. This was the deciding point for me, my son's ABA therapists have nothing but good things to say about the assistants that she have, they go there 3 hours for 3 days to conduct his session, though they told me that my son is always alone and separated from other kids just because he has "special needs". I am aware of this when I enrolled him but Julie assured me that he will have time to socialize with other kids which only happens after his ABA therapist brought him to the section where all the other kids his age are playing. Our attorney recommended to file an official complaint so we did. I wasn't aware, this experience was definitely a violation of California's Civil Act Section 54 through 55.2 and ADA Section 504. So for parents who have kids that has "special needs" beware of this daycare. read more

At first we just want to find a school near our home and no need to wait, we can send our daughter ASAP. So we just search the nearest daycare through Google, we found Chasing Moore Rainbow childcare. After a video tour and talk with Miss Julie, we decided to go. My daughter was 23 months when we send her to the daycare. Of course she cried several times in the first week, but she teachers give her lots of love, attention, support and security. After two weeks, my daughter doesn't have any problems. Every morning she'll say that it's time to go to school or I want to go to school. When I sent her to the daycare, she always says bye bye with me and holds the teacher's hand to get in. Every afternoon when I go to pick her up, she always laughs so loudly. This is her first daycare and first separate with her parents over 8 hours. I know she loves the daycare, loves the teachers and friends. I love Chasing Moore Rainbows childcare. When I first spoke with Julie the owner she made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns about sending my 2 year old with her. I had told her that I had a bad experience with another daycare and how my son would scream as soon as we would drive up to the house. We found Chasing Moore Rainbows with a simple Google search and immediately were drawn to the reviews. The initial phone call with Ms. Julie was extremely comforting and we knew immediately that this was the perfect fit for our son. Chasing Moore Rainbows is awesome! My daughter has been going here for a couple of months now and she loves it. First day was so easy and haven't had a problem since. Ms. Julie and Ms.Deja are so loving and caring for all of the kids. My daughter has learned so much being with them for a few months. My daughter went there with only knowing a few basic words to now complete sentences and she is surpring me everyday with saying new words I didn't even know she knew. My daughter has been going here for about 5 months now, she is 2 years 3 months. This was her first day care and is very attached to me so she would cry every day at drop off. After about 2 weeks she did not cry anymore, she let them carry her and would even lay her head on their shoulder. My daughter loves to laugh and dance but she is quite shy at first, so when I received a video of her laughing and dancing, I knew she felt comfortable there and I was so happy. Miss Maria is a sweetheart and has a great personality, Miss Jackie is attentive and caring, Miss Julie is friendly and oversees everything; she makes sure things go smoothly and are done correctly. They are all CPR certified, have a fire/disaster escape plan, follow state regulations, and follow a healthy eating plan for children (I asked a lot of questions). I love that they do a lot of fun learning activities and send me photos. The children are all under 6 years old I believe, so I like that they are all in the toddler/preschool age so they can all play together. The children wear a mask, and they are strict with symptoms of cough, runny nose, diarrhea/vomiting. They also do not potty train. Upon touring and meeting Mrs. Julie, I knew this was the place I wanted my child to come and be cared for!!!! The environment is so bright, neat, clean, safe, and set up perfectly for children to be free, have fun and explore! My baby went to Julie instantly, and they continue to build a bond!! She truly cares about all of her little ones and takes the time to learn every child individually. My baby seems to thoroughly enjoy his time there, not to mention all of the energy he burns playing, learning, singing, doing activities, and interacting with other children! Julie is super enthusiastic, open, experienced and extremely wonderful with not only the kids, but the parents as well! Sometimes we are are the real challenge!
