My husband and I have been with Chateau Elite since 2017 when we enrolled both of our sons, a few years later we also had a baby girl and she was enrolled in 2020 at 8 months old. Upon our first tour, we immediately felt comfortable and felt that it was a loving, clean, and safe environment for our boys. Chateau Elite Daycare not only provided an excellent environment for our children, but the Director also became an invaluable resource for us as parents. She helped us establish routines for feeding and naps, and gave tips and advice on general care. She truly provides much more than an average "daycare" environment, she genuinely cares about all of the children under her care. She works with not only the children but also the parents to tackle some of the difficult stages of infancy and early childhood, from sleeping and feeding issues, to potty training and temper tantrums. As our children grew, we realized what an amazing learning environment the Director and teachers have created at Chateau Elite Daycare. Not only do they provide a safe environment for children to explore their world and socialize with other children, but also provides an age appropriate curriculum for the preschool aged children. The teachers encourage learning with daily routines and activities ranging from puzzles, to early math and reading/writing skills. The techniques are extremely effective and the calm, yet firm, manner of teachers produces amazing results with the children. Our older son was performing tasks way beyond what his friends of the same age were doing at other daycare facilities, such as writing his name before age 4. In fact, when our son went to public kindergarten this past year, he finished the year in the top reading and math groups in his class, which I contribute to the wonderful foundation and head start that was provided at Chateau Elite Daycare. Not only did the teachers teach him the skills necessary to perform, but they provided him with the confidence and discipline to achieve success. And our story is not unique - the teachers and director have done the same with all of the children that have attended Chateau Elite Daycare. Our daughter was born in 2020 and again we were fortunate enough to get a spot for her. She has also received the same loving care and stimulating environment and has been thriving under their care. Chateau Elite staff always goes above and beyond to provide activities that will help the children grow and learn. The staff is always available to parents for discussions or questions, and we are always kept informed of our children's progress and activities. It is hard to put into words how wonderful the Director, teachers, and the daycare has been, but I truly feel that our children have received the best possible foundation and we have also become better parents by being part the Chateau Elite family. read more

My experience with this daycare started off on a positive note -- my daughter loved the food, and in the beginning, she seemed to enjoy her time there. However, things drastically changed once she transitioned into the 2's room. From that point on, it became clear that this daycare was not a supportive or nurturing environment, especially for children or families who do not speak Ukrainian. Despite my best efforts to accommodate communication differences -- even speaking Russian, which both myself and the staff share as a mutual language -- I was consistently met with poor communication, resistance, and eventually outright disregard. My daughter, who has a documented speech delay (which the daycare was fully informed about), was repeatedly given a pacifier against my explicit wishes. I told the staff over a year ago that we were no longer using pacifiers at home, and instead of respecting that, they not only continued its use but kept it hidden from me. The same dirty pacifier was used daily, without being returned for cleaning or sterilization. This was both unhygienic and harmful to her speech development. More concerning was the emotional toll this took on my child. She began to cry every morning on the way to daycare and showed visible relief at pickup. It was heartbreaking to see. She was singled out and treated differently, and the emotional neglect became impossible to ignore. The final straw came when I was approached by the administration and told that perhaps my daughter should be moved elsewhere, as she was "not keeping up" with the other children -- a clear signal that image was more important to them than inclusivity or compassion. Unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say is that the food was great -- but that alone is not enough to make up for a culture of exclusion, poor communication, and neglect. I would not recommend this daycare to families who expect a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for their children. read more
