Digi-Cell is the best phone repair shop you could ask for. I had dropped my phone a few weeks ago and caused it to be stuck in a boot loop. I was distraught on realizing my last backup was from a year ago. The Apple store said it was not possible to get the data and when i researched online it wasn't looking good either. People were saying that it was unlikely to get the data and even if it was recoverable not only would the phone need to be destroyed to access the data it would also be incredibly costly, take weeks, and just wasn't worth it. I am so fortunate I came across Digi-cell. When I told them my problem they took my phone right in and recovered the data in two days. I now have back everything I thought I had lost including the original phone still intact. Digi-cell made a job so many said unlikely or impossible appear easy. That is how talented and knowledgeable they are. Excellent service, unbeatable price, and quick turnaround time. If you have a problem with your phone, don't bother looking elsewhere. The store offers many different tech options, from screen covers to repairs, cases to digital stuff... this is the absolute kindest store I've ever been to. We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! I don't give 5-star reviews...except in cases where a business owner and customer service staff go well beyond my expectations. Digi-Cell Phone Repair managed to do that on my first stop to see if they could help. I was astounded! I was getting quite frustrated after stopping a several other shops who professed to be knowledgeable in how to fix my phone, but once they took a look it ranged from, "I never saw that before..!", to "Nope, I can't help." Sandro gave me some ideas of what it might be, but explained the potential problems and possible cost and was able to make the repair in about 4 hours. They had the parts and honored the pricing structure. I had one other minor issue with which they helped and would not take money for their time, but I left quite please. Subsequently I had a little glitch which, once I took the phone back, it was handled professionally at no cost to me. One would think I would have learned my lesson after my prior 3 phones died. 4 phones of lost contacts, pics, data. No problem for Sandro. He was able to open my latest phone and load it all on my new phone. Then he opened up my last 3 ancient phones and load all the data onto a hard drive I left with him. Thaaaaaank you Yelpers for showing me this place!! I got an iPhone 6 less than a week ago and -- stupidly -- dropped it directly onto concrete 2 days after I got it. Needless to say, it shattered. The front was completely shattered (the back is spotless/scratchless) and I was NOT happy. I had to decide between shelling out $200 to Verizon for a refurbished phone or repair the screen. Thanks to the Yelp reviews of this place (and the fact that it's literally around the corner from my house) I decided to take it there to get it repaired. The guy who helped me said $100, about 30 minutes. And that's exactly what happened. I am sooo thankful. My phone looks brand new and is working perfectly. I'd recommend this to anyone. I broke my phone just the other day jumping up and down and it fell out my pocket. Shattered the top part of the screen. I found their rating on Yelp and decided to go since it stated they were fast with service. I walked in and I was greeted like I've been a regular customer, which was nice. Not at all pretentious. Both guys in the counter assisted me with my phone. Answered questions and are very knowledgable. They even threw in a free phone accessory for being a new customer. They fixed my screen and gave a one year warranty. So no matter what if the screen doesn't work, I can come back. Only thing was, and it's not at all their fault. Google maps led me to a different place than their actual location. So if this happens to you, do not get deterred. Service will compensate for Google or Siri not directing you properly. Service only took 15-30mins for screen fix. Very nice, personable, and above all else knowledgable. Great experience! read more

Went in here for a battery replacement and a charging port issue with my iPhone. Was taken care of immediately and was told to come back in about 2 hours. 2 hours later I came back and was ready to go. Battery seems to be good and charging port issue fixed. Not sure how long or how expensive these things usually take, but it was 50 for a battery replacement (which seems standard after researching battery prices online) and 80 for the port issue. For fixing my phone and getting it back to a great condition, I'm happy with paying that much. I was even offered a free charge cable (because who can have too many of those?) and a phone case. Staff was very nice and informative and I am definitely going to come back if I'm having any issues. read more
