This is a true home, with a maximum of six residents. It looks, feels, and smells like home. The smell of home cooked meals permeates the kitchen and they are well balanced with the residents tastes in mind. As my father's health declined, Misha and her staff worked with our family and hospice to ensure he received the best of care. Misha is on call and readily available to residents, staff and her caregivers. She is the definition of a professional, caring nurse. When my daughter and her three small children came from out of town to visit , they were welcomed by the staff and made to feel at home also. Paris, one of the caregivers, made them all dinner one evening when we weren't comfortable leaving my father. Meatloaf, potatoes, peas and cake. When I thanked her she said they were here to take care of all of us. And they truly do. I heartily recommend this home for anyone who needs assisted living. They are superb .

They accept two person assist, Hoyer lifts, injectables, and other medical conditions. A community that lives by the age in place model that so many other claim. Additionally, we have staff that have been here 16, 18, 20 & 21 years. That's longevity you won't find elsewhere. Not perfect, but striving to do good in this community is top notch!

My MIL lived there for about a month, the communication was horrible and her treatment wasn't much…read morebetter. My MIL got a UTI which made her very anxious, paranoid and angry. We could no longer care for her at home and decided to find a memory care facility for her safety. Auberge seemed great and looks nice, but they didn't know how to handle her and ended up sending her to the psych ward later that month (October). They didn't explain why and we have yet to receive a call to this day. My MIL spent 3 weeks adjusting to new medication and was back to her loving, sweet self! When it came to her release from the psych ward, Auberge had to re-access her before coming back. They were given about 4-5 days notice from the social worker. Auberge was VERY hesitant and waited until the last day to schedule it. Most of this was communicated through text with Auberge (apparently they didn't have time for a phone call) and the social worker. At that point we had to find my MIL a new home just in case Auberge didn't approve her coming back in and frankly, we didn't want her going back to a place that doesn't communicate or show any care or excitement to have her back. The only positive feedback I can give is the nurse's in her "neighborhood" were nice and did communicate with us when we visited. Other staff didn't really say much to us, they did when we toured, but not after that. I think it's cruel how dismissive they were of my MIL because she was more difficult than others. They can't handle the tough side of Alzheimers. There are plenty of memory care facilities in this area, don't send your loved one to this one!

I was cautious and in a transition of having to move my mom and stepfather from a property that was not properly licensed by the state and a variety of CNAs that were unprofessional in the care of the elderly. I was so fortunate to be connected with the head nurse & administrator of this property named Shameka Idusuyi. Ive had peace of mind, a clean facility, stellar communications, professional care, and supportive staff engagement since May of 2025. It's not an easy task to turn two elders over to a group of strangers for full time care but this home has proven to be consistently caring, patient, helpful, thorough, and so knowledgeable in the job they do to give our family members quality care. The CNA, Dolores, is phenomenal with her care of the residents and the home. We feel so fortunate to have the best care for our loved ones. Severely understaffed nursing to patient ratio. The place is dirty and a/c doesn't work. A few of…read morethe nurses were great and majority of CNAs were wonderful however again severely understaffed. The therapy team were kind except the head guy. He was flippant and ignored the fact my loved one needed speech therapy for swallowing even though we chose this location for this specific need. No one ever did speech therapy the 23 days my loved one was there which made his swallow issues worsen and lose weight due to lack of eating. The head of nursing was rude and ignored concerns. My loved one failed swallow testing and still she was covering for the nurse one day and brought my loved one pills to swallow and one got stuck and after that he refused to eat or drink even though we had started to make progress. My loved one ended up with a pretty severe uti due to lack of changing him and I had to push for testing to prove this was going on. They were dehydrating him significantly with 3 different types of stool softeners. We had to request Iv hydration due to how dehydrated he was. My loved one ended up with bruises on his toes from pushing against the bed as they are horrible cheap beds that aren't long enough for taller residents. If you are considering this facility go on the weekends. The place reeks of urine and fecal matter because the one wonderful cleaner they have doesn't work weekends. Also, request a camera in the room so you can verify care for your loved one no matter what facility you choose. My loved one was never taken out of his room to socialize or take to the lunch room. He was left in his room alone. Getting older is hard. Our loved ones deserve respect, nurturing and healing. Do better.

We recently moved our mother into the Ella Springs Senior Community Living Community. It was a…read moredifficult decision, as she had been functioning on her own in an independent living facility. (She will turn 92 in just a month.) The attention to her daily needs has been both refreshing and urgently needed. Until we moved her to Ella Springs, we didn't realize how much neglection had been occurring on a daily basis. Although we've all pitched in and tried to help her, in the end, she was living on her own and insisting she was OK, living independently. Although the move was emotionally excruciating, it was the VERY BEST THING we did for her. She is already stronger physically due to eating 3 meals a day. No more, "Oh, I ate. Don't worry about me", that she would tell her 2 sons. Now, we know, she is eating and it is apparent that she is thriving. For anyone struggling with the decision to move a loved one into Assisted Living, please make your decision based on health, safety and peace of mind. My mother was verbally abused often, like the caretakers aren't trained for dementia. I went down there with videos multiple times. They did not check on her one night for 17 hours and by the time I got there, her pillow was saturated in urine. She went in there on a walker and fell several times. They put her in wheelchair, I asked them to stop multiple times. She hasn't walked since. The last night she was there, the workers dropped her in the floor, naked, and stood there belittling her for 20 minutes. They kept telling her to get off the floor, when she can't even walk. They finally had a young man who picked her up and threw her in the bed, then started laughing. I can't undo what happened to my mom. This place is awful. BEWARE. Shame on the owners of this place.
