it would be a zero if I could put zero! I've been shopping in the store for over 15 years. Today when I went in, I inquired about Smirnoff screwdrivers. I was told that they were out . Then I ask about the ice teas he seemed so put out so I ended up getting Caymen margaritas, and a six pack of citrus Smirnoff drinks. I go up to pay talking to this guy and asking if he can order them and he tells me they don't have enough room to get all the different flavors. You lost my business. I told him I was going to go to another store, he was fine with that. To the horrible sales guy There was nobody else in the store so it's not like you had other things going on. You acted like customer service wasn't even your job. The good news I found a liquor store very close to my house. Used to be my favorite store in town, awful the last few months. Used to drive out of our way to come here, great prices, cool staff, and rewards program. They are consolidating and moving into a smaller place, which is fine, times are tough. However, their prices have skyrocketed! There is a liquor store every block in this town and these guys will not survive. No prices on their beers listed and some of their bottles of liquor are 5-6 dollars more than any place around. For example, cheap liquors like Skol or Kentucky Deluxe are 11.99-14.99 a handle at everyplace around town, here KD is 19.99, what a mark-up. Have a feeling this place will be sold or closed within the year. Shame, as they were awesome at one time. read more

Their website and Apple Maps say they open at 8am on weekends. They don't. Why lie? They should update their hours.

I have not been impressed with this place for the past 1-2 years. I think they switched ownership. It shows. The staff is generally unfriendly. It's common for death rock or rap with explicit lyrics to be playing in the background (not very professional) and the new thing that really bugs me, is they don't have prices listed on any of the beers, so you have no way to know what you're paying until you get to the front. This has been "our" liquor store since we moved to the area. We were disappointed when the liquor store close to our home did not order our spirit of choice, though the young man working at the time thought it would be no problem. Their loss! All the employees here are friendly and courteous, and they have always had our vanilla vodka, as well as other items to supplement our drinking indulgences. We even just yesterday earned a $30 credit through their loyalty program, but I'm not going to tell you how much we spent to get it! You'll just have to earn one yourself! read more

The staff is friendly. Never had anything other than positive experiences with them. They're always very helpful and polite. They're constantly improving their craft beer selection. I still would like to see more being added, but little by little. My main complaint is their prices are 30 to 50% higher on just about everything. This is the closest liquor store to me, so I like to try to give them my business. With that said, why is their stuff more expensive than any other local shop in the area? I was just in there about 10 minutes ago looking for empty boxes, cause I am in the process of moving and the lady at the counter, I think her name was Kelly, was very rude to me when I asked if you had empty boxes. I saw three empty boxes sitting on a dolly. Her attitude was rude and snarky. I was told to come on Thursday to get boxes cause of the alcohol shipment comes. read more

I was preparing for a church-thanksgiving event and whats a party without drinks? However, (kings next door doesnt have that big of selection btw). Super packed, but even with a ton of people the staff support was excellent and they even helped me carry my stuff out to my car. 5 stars. Killin it u guys. Will be back around christmas.
