I have called his cell and house numbers hundreds and hundreds of times over the past months and years. I have sent him hundreds of texts and hundreds of emails (personal and business). The occasion that he did respond....very shoddy repair of our French doors and very shoddy/haphazard repair of the outside stairs beside the retaining wall that is collapsing. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS AND GETTING INTO THE BREWERY BUSINESS IN CHARLOTTE. I have discovered there are more of us than I realized. Just as we thought these issues were behind us and making progress, after 29 days into the project, the builder and his team left the job site with nothing but a text. We tried to discuss the issues and understand his reasoning. He was always poor about responding or returning calls, but after his walk out of the job, he refused further contact and discussion. Please be aware of this financial and emotional set-back. He is a NC licensed contractor and an official complaint has been entered with the NC General Contrractor Board and the Better Business Bureau.

Daniel (site manager) gave us progress updates and checked in frequently with contractors, as well as for our satisfaction about the project as it was done. Each subcontractor they'd hired was respectful, friendly, efficient, and professional - always cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.
