Finding Veterinary Hospitals that "understand" the Belgian breed and listen to me, have been few and far between. If people had issues with Hill Creek, it was probably their fault. I HAD to go outside of Sanford to find some wonderful people. I'm happy to drive farther to get the kind of wonderful attention I have received, so far. I only have one Belgian Malinois left, but I'm always looking for the next. A little kitty got dropped off in our yard, only 3 pounds, but when she got bigger, she went into "heat" and it was just too often and it seemed to me, to be very uncomfortable. Dr. Cindy spaded her for me. Cricket is doing GREAT. By the way, Anissia brought Cricket out to me, and she was also a WONDERFUL person. I think some people think they are just too important and want to be treated superior.

I just do not understand how a veterinarian could turn their back on dog with a known problem when…read moreasked for help. Had an appointment for his injection and was told no by the front desk lady and the veterinarian that they can't see him for his re- occurring issue because they "were booked." For myself, I am looking for a new veterinarian because to say no to any animal is not only inexcusable but disgraceful. The young lady at the desk presented herself as not caring and non-compassionate with a "matter of fact" attitude. Having someone with her non caring attitude and a veterinarian to say no, is the quickest way to loose business along with trust. If I could give a negative ten rating, I would ! Why do I also have to have my dog in the back just to receive a shot? Should that not be done in an exam room? In front of me? Despite my discontent, I would never trust this hospital ever again... my concern was ignored and dismissed. No need to ever contact me in an attempt to resolve my concern. I've lost complete trust.

To start this off, i would say the space,freedom, and socialization of the dogs earns more than 5…read morestars. They all get fed correctly.However the woman running the business smokes pot around them regularly,breaks mops over their heads, kicks them, and yells a lot at the dogs. She forgets meds for certain dogs, and forgets to feed other animals besides the dogs. The house is clean but everyone who used to work for her doesn't anymore because she's not very nice to her workers,and pays below average for the work she's asking for. She does take better care of customers dogs than she does her own, as half of them are sick and not going to the vet, or needing to be severely groomed to the point where it's neglect. A lot of her dogs are not the best around customers dogs, as she does not discipline them. Other than those things, the business is fine.

The mobile service was perfect, not only did it spare a car ride, but a time saver as well since it's all done in their tricked out van. We plan on using them for our super fluffy Maine Coon cats.

I was kind of embarrassed when I set up this appointment for my mini schnauzer because it's been so…read morelong since she's had a proper grooming and my hack job just wasn't cutting it but Clippendales was unfazed and handled her like a champ. Finding a good groomer is difficult and finding one in the Covid era that didn't have a two month waiting list even harder but they were able to get me in in just over a week. I've never tried a mobile groomer before but I liked that they came to you and they could meet your dog on their territory and you can even walk them into their grooming mobile to get them settled. It's a nice set up that runs on a generator and they have their own water so no hook up needed. Our groomer was Lindsay and she was really sweet and Liesel probably would have gone home with her. About an hour or so, she was washed, groomed and she managed to cut her nails which is not easy because she hates it with a passion. She smells good, looks good and you can see her pretty puppy dog eyes now. I have no problem recommending this service unequivocally. Clippendales to the rescue!
