I recently relocated to Cary and since it was during the lock down, my labradoodle, Buttercup, was a matted mess! Buttercup is usually apprehensive around men so I was concerned on how she'd react. Wally was prompt and showed up to our front door and although Buttercup was apprehensive Wally lowered himself to her and she smelled him and went with him to his mobile van without any trouble. The mobile van had soft music playing and I'm sure that helped to put Buttercup at ease. Wally gave a range of cost and was able to perform the services as quoted. Buttercup returned happy, energetic, and so clean! Wally trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, brushed her teeth, clipped her nails, and she turned out so well! Absolutely amazing job! I can't thank you enough. You came and picked up Walker on time, which was a huge convenience for me, and he warmed up to you right away. He's been more energetic since the appointment than before and smells amazing. You did everything I asked even better than I expected. His ears alone look great and I think that might have made the biggest difference for him; judging from these past couple of days. Now he gets excited anytime he thinks he sees your van. I am new to the area and have been looking for a trusted dog groomer for my 6-year-old labradoodle. I went online and found Wally, noticed he had favorable reviews, so I decided to give him a try...and I am so glad I did! He was prompt to return my call, and quickly got us scheduled. I was pleased to discover his pet spa is mobile and that he could come to my home--so convenient! He was right on time for the appointment, and very nice. Wally is amazing and I highly recommend using his services. Our little baby has metastatic cancer with a tumor/fracture back left leg. We were so nervous about letting anyone groom her with all her issues. After talking to Wally I knew she would be in good hands. He was gentle, loving and knowledgeable. He did a great job with a dog that due to all her skin problems was not easy to do. She looks beautiful and smells wonderful. His pet mobile was spotlessly clean with calming music playing softly. Wally far and away surpassed my expectations. I left a message on his phone and he called me back very quickly. I've had some poor experiences in the past with my old dog. Some groomers treat your puppy like a chore or just another job, but Wally really treats your pet like family, he spends some time to get to know your fur baby before he grooms them and treats them so well. His grooming van is beautiful and clean and he really makes you and your dog feel comfortable. I was about to give up on groomers because my Bailey is nervous around new people but Wally changed my mind. He will be the only one allowed to groom Bailey in the future. read more

Wally did a great job grooming our two Standard Poodles. They were a bit of a mess since they had not been groomed in a while and by the time he was finished with them they looked beautiful, and they smelled much better too :-) Wally was very friendly and professional and was great with communication by sending us an appointment reminder and a followup text message after the appointment thanking us. He was right on time with our appointment and it was awesome having the groomer come to us since our dogs don't like riding in the car. My dogs' nails were getting a little long and I'm not as good at trimming them as I used to be. I came across a reco for Wally on Nextdoor and gave him a call. His schedule allowed him to come same-day and clip my 3 dogs; he was extremely professional and courteous. Most importantly, he worked in a very calm and delicate manner which kept the dogs at ease. This was their first time getting clipped by someone other than me so they were a little shy but got acclimated to Wally quickly and ended with terrific results. Golden doodles are extremely hard to groom and it's also extremely hard to find a reliable and skilled groomer. Waleed from WallyWood started out by getting to know my 3 month old pup and listening to my concerns about his odor and hair. He was extremely gentle with my pup and took his time to do a thorough job. He's extremely affordable and skilled at what he does, also convenient. Wally is running a top notch Mobile pet spa! I was doetunate to have found him on a NextDoor recommendation. He worked on two of my pups. My 2 year old chihuahua mix and my 5 month old toy Aussie Shepherd. He did wonderfully on both. First, the experience with his responsiveness and communication was more than you can ask for. I took my 4 month old puppy to WallyWood and I was nervous how she would react to her first grooming appointment. Wally was SO patient with her! I have never used a mobile pet grooming service before today, and the service I received was amazing! First, you don't even have to leave your house. Wally pulls up to the driveway and takes it from there. He was great with my dog Abby and honestly she has never looked so good after a groom!
