She forgets meds for certain dogs, and forgets to feed other animals besides the dogs. The house is clean but everyone who used to work for her doesn't anymore because she's not very nice to her workers,and pays below average for the work she's asking for. She does take better care of customers dogs than she does her own, as half of them are sick and not going to the vet, or needing to be severely groomed to the point where it's neglect. The staff is super friendly and helpful; the first time we boarded our dogs, they called me, concerned because one of them hadn't eaten his dinner. I let them know that was normal for him (he can have some separation anxiety), and they said they would call back if it continued to be an issue. Really only complaint is with the cost of boarding... as someone else mentioned, you pay a base price for the boarding, but then extras, such as a cot in the kennel, bedding, extra playtime, etc. are a separate added cost, which can add up pretty quickly. But, worth it to me knowing that my dogs are getting good care while I'm away.
