What I like about ordering, is that you can choose your sweetness level. I chose 80% sweetness. You can choose up to 120%. I also ordered Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls. My drink was ready first so I sat a little bit and waited for my egg rolls. The staff was very helpful. I asked for some sauce for my egg rolls and one of the staff went next door to get a little cup for the sauce. The tea was really good. I have some oolong tea at my house that I like. Their tea was sweetened to perfection. The 80% was very accurate to my tastes. The order of egg rolls were 2 very warm and crispy egg rolls. They seemed to be very well made. I went with the house combination sandwich. Why? I believe the main reason because it had pork in it. I really have no idea. I don't really see too many restaurants have pork sandwiches. I mean there are ham sandwiches but that seems different. Anywho, I also ordered fries and a coke. I wish there was a combo meal option but that's not the issue at hand. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. This was a plus because I didn't have worry about being away from my work computer too long. When I got home the first thing I noticed were the fries were very hot. I mean so hot I didn't have touch them to find out. The box was on fire almost. They also provided ketchup packets. The fries were hot and delicious and not too salty. They had a real crunch that I like on my crinkle cut fries. Now the sandwich was a perfect complement to the fries. It was so delicious. I don't have the name of the greens we're on the salad but I'm pretty sure they're used in a lot of Asian dishes that I've had before. The carrots added a little crunch to the sandwich as well. The crew works hard to get orders accurate and served out quickly especially when they're busy. I've gotten to know a few of the Brew Crew that have been there the longest and have to recognize Faith, Andrea and Sam for being the absolute best! They recognize their regular customers and are always consistent in their customer service! I can always count on them to literally make my day.
