I was spoken to rudely on many occasions, as well as being told 2 days before my first hearing that I had to pay them in full or find other representation. The reason Jackie in the office told me that was because she was having "personal issues" of her own and going through a lot I guess. Sorry, but I didn't hire you to tell me about your personal problems while taking my money and getting nowhere while threatening to fire me when I came to you for help. I eventually hired someone else who got my case finished in a couple months, and for far less money. And he had to file everything they did not. This was robbery in my opinion and nobody should use this firm for their service, or lack thereof. About as unprofessional as it gets.
