(Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

I rarely have to wait very long for my appointment and on the few times they were running behind, he always apologizes for the wait. How many doctors do that? I tell him he is worth the wait because he is. The office staff is great and the nurse for Dr. Duplooy, Erica, is not only nice but follows up assiduously. As a registered nurse myself, not a stranger to the healthcare world, I would highly recommend him for your health care needs.

The dispute was not with Vicki Cooke my former NP, she had never talked to me about it, she was out of town during this time.... I guess it's common practice now to have no say so about your care. Regardless, you discharged me as a patient, fine, I will go someplace else... My complaint, you sent out a certified letter in January, or you say you did, you wouldn't show me the receipts. I never received any letter, why would I have shown up for an appnt if I had received it. I had an appnt scheduled on 6/14 since my last appnt in December of 2017. I received a call to confirm my appointment, I asked to change the appnt to today's date. Yesterday I received a call to confirm my appointment. I came in for my appnt, I was asked to update paper work and then taken back to a room.... It was then I was finally approached about the letter that was "sent" out in January. Vicki Cooke would not even come and talk to me. I was humiliated and all of this was over a dispute with a very rude staff member about antibiotics for a sinus infection. Today I came in with a black eye and a hurt shoulder from a fall yesterday, I thought I was going to have it looked at. . I guess I need to find a new doctor to take a look at it.... My advice to the staff there, if you discharge someone as a patient make sure your staff and the patient knows about it. I have experienced nothing but kindness and care from Vicki and her staff. It's unusual for a Dr anymore to sit down with you and look you in the eyes and ask how you are doing.... LOL…read more The truth is the angry screaming woman refused service because she didn't like the fact I wouldn't get on the table; I needed to sit in the chair as I was not feeling well due to a suspected ear infection. These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. I was having trouble wearing a mask that long with the ear issue. Joe Biden says Covid is over. They must be addicted to those masks.

I was escorted to a medical room at 2:06, and the medical assistant updated my medication list, weight etc. The NP named Mark, that I had been assigned to arrived with a trainee at 2:47 PM! No explanation why he was 47 minutes late. I find this unacceptable. And this was the second time he was late - the first time was the first time I met him. I made sure that I told the receptionist that he is running very behind, and that I would never be returning to this facility.

My husband went to the Neurosurgeon, and it was determined he had a spinal cord injury, and the main trunk nerve was compressed in his neck. He is on the slow road to mending I have to thank them both. Now my husband needs to have his other hip replacement done. I hope Dr. Bruce will be able to do that for him as well.
