This is the best place in Chattanooga for printers and ink hands-down. John was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me determine what I needed for my printer. He also went above and beyond by helping me print a workbook that I needed, so I didn't have to use all the ink that I had just bought. I have actually used Chattanooga Ink & Toner on a few occasions. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've bought ink cartridges from there and I've also had ink cartridges refilled as well. The prices are reasonable, especially if you're looking to recycle and reuse your ink cartridges. Actually, I need to get back over there soon and get some new ink. If you need ink or toner I highly recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they do not have something you need, they will find it. The prices are super low and I have not found cheaper toners at any other store in/nearby Chattanooga. They also refill ink cartridges, which is great for the environment.
