Very difficult to speak to anyone other than a call center phone operator…read more Had me jump through many preparation hoops, emphasizing on me being prepared, sending photos, double checking that someone would be off work and home at 10:00 AM. The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.

Don't trust a company that has to close their store front location to make ends meet. "Computer Guys" is a well maintained company that is reaping the benefits of their quality service! I am all about helping the mom and pop, but I've given these guys two opportunities and they failed both times. Poor guys have to understand that "Customer Service" id about serving the customer.
