Theres so many bad experiences but I'm going to use my most recent experience for this review. I call the crisis center mid last week. The lady that answered was rude beyond belief. Trying to find out if there was any beds available was a fight. Then when she informed me none were available, I tried to get info. I asked her if there was anyone who could help me. I asked her if there was anywhere that could help me. I asked her if there was anyone I could call to seek the help I need. I was told she didnt know/she didnt care/and I'm on my own. Then Thursday this week may 23, 2019. I called to get an intake appointment. Not only did the lady treat me like I was stupid and talked to me like I was a toddler she also blatantly refused to tell me if there was any availability for outpatient services. These people dont care about their patients. They dont care about people needing legitimate help. Countless times in the past 6 years I've been told they dont care about me only the money by several staff members. Do NOT seek help from this place. They will treat you like you're nothing.

The service, attentiveness and compassion are stellar. All the staff are extremely personable yet very professional. Only reason I'm not going there right now is because my insurance changed. You can tell the staff is happy to be there and happy to help everyone. Very lighthearted and happy environment which is definitely helpful with healing. Also I did dry needling there and it was very successful. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could.

Before I begin, the Nurse Practitioners and most physical therapists here are fantastic!…read more But I sat every day with my great grandmother and observed very untrained, careless CNAs avoid doing their job every single day. My great grandmother just had surgery, she has staples and an oozing scar. Every time her drainage got on her clothes and bed sheets they gave her disgusted looks and made her sit in it for HOURS before coming to change her bandages, clothes, or bedsheets. They even try to tell us she doesn't need it changed as it's obviously wet and the bed is obviously stained with blood and pus. CNAs would rather go eat and go on break than take 10 seconds to change her bedding! I asked them if they would like to lay in that bed. I didn't think so! CNAs are not legally allowed to change oxygen tubing or tanks because they are not properly trained, although if they are trained to do so, they are allowed. I do not know their training here but I know their CNAs are IMPROPERLY TRAINED. They would take her oxygen off and have her do things without it Bc they were too lazy to move her tubing to a portable tank. And when they did move her tubing to a portable tank, they didn't bother to check how many liters of oxygen she needed and gave her less or more of what she is prescribed. This could cause oxygen poisoning and KILL YOUR LOVED ONE. IF YOU COME HERE, keep an eye on the CNAs. They will do whatever they can to be lazy and avoid things. And it doesn't take much schooling to be a CNA. Do not trust that they always know what they are doing! Know YOUR facts, and correct them when they try to get away with things!
