I saw Emily, NP, and she was knowledgeable, kind and at no time did she appear rushed. I had a lot of questions as well as medications that needed to be refilled. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Probably spent an hour with me which is unheard of in today's treatment of patients. Also, I was impressed with how clean the office, bathroom and exam room was. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent treatment and great office hours.

LOL…read more The truth is the angry screaming woman refused service because she didn't like the fact I wouldn't get on the table; I needed to sit in the chair as I was not feeling well due to a suspected ear infection. These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. I was having trouble wearing a mask that long with the ear issue. Joe Biden says Covid is over. They must be addicted to those masks.

The nurse called me back about10 minutes later and performed the normal procedures, weighing, height, blood oxygen levels, etc... Dr. Wang came in about 5 minutes later. He is a friendly man and wants to hear about your health, history and lifestyle. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. He explained his methods of care, his rating on what you are doing now, and any changes of action that is easy to understand. He said he wanted lab work and it could be performed on site! Wow! No fasting, no going to some lab, no waiting! The whole appointment was just over an hour and I'm done! The next day I received an email with my lab results and what he want to tweak! That was so quick! I am very impressed with the entire practice from the ample parking, and friendly staff, to the attentive nurses and doctors to the painless quick lab facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor. Truly a medical practice like is should be!

Emily, the nurse who took my vitals and history was another person with a warm personality and nice professional approach to the tasks at hand. My visit with the nurse practitioner, Colleen just blew me out of the water. Pleasant, quick to grasp what I was asking for and even faster in meeting my needs. The whole place runs smooth as silk and after working 45 years in healthcare, I am usually NOT impressed. But, wow, I think I have found my go-to urgent care for the future. The dispute was not with Vicki Cooke my former NP, she had never talked to me about it, she was out of town during this time.... I guess it's common practice now to have no say so about your care. Regardless, you discharged me as a patient, fine, I will go someplace else... My complaint, you sent out a certified letter in January, or you say you did, you wouldn't show me the receipts. I never received any letter, why would I have shown up for an appnt if I had received it. I had an appnt scheduled on 6/14 since my last appnt in December of 2017. I received a call to confirm my appointment, I asked to change the appnt to today's date. Yesterday I received a call to confirm my appointment. I came in for my appnt, I was asked to update paper work and then taken back to a room.... It was then I was finally approached about the letter that was "sent" out in January. Vicki Cooke would not even come and talk to me. I was humiliated and all of this was over a dispute with a very rude staff member about antibiotics for a sinus infection. Today I came in with a black eye and a hurt shoulder from a fall yesterday, I thought I was going to have it looked at. . I guess I need to find a new doctor to take a look at it.... My advice to the staff there, if you discharge someone as a patient make sure your staff and the patient knows about it. They wanted to reschedule and charge me an additional $225 copay. That was unreasonable since it was their mistake. I left without rescheduling.I spoke with Bo Guffey, the Director of Operations and he pulled the recorded phone call when I scheduled and confirmed that I did in fact request the correct procedure but he thought that both the scheduler and I should share responsibility. He spoke with Sue Teeter the COO who agreed with him to not waive the fee. This was not the first bad experience I've had with this company. NEVER AGAIN!
