Sometimes I've had experiences with someone telling me an item wasn't in store, only to go in and find it myself. This doesn't bother me that much only because I go in knowing what I need. The checkout process is often slow. They have a lot of email and paper coupons and different store offers which are great. However on multiple occasions things don't ring through as advertised and I've had to have everything refunded and purchased again. This has happened the last 3/5 times I have gone to Sally Beauty locations. The staff generally have good attitudes about fixing issues. I don't count on fantastic tailored customer service at Sally, but I'm giving it four stars for the selection of products:)
