Do not go here if you wish to have nice nails. The place was very messy, and the door to the back was open and it was a complete disaster back there. They had 2 pedicure stations which were awful.. the person doing my nails brought a plastic bin of luke-warm water for me to place my feet in (basically tupperware), the chairs have this gimpy little massage mat placed on it which didn't even feel nice. Usually when I go for pedicures they scrub, massage, file the nails, clip them if needed... none of this was done. All that was done was i got lotion put on and the polish. After my tupperware bin of water was done the girl simply just went in the back and set it on the floor ... The manicure was by far the worst part, I was telling her how my nails really needed some work, some are short and broken and some were long.. most manicure places would clip the longs ones, file them down to make them even right? nope not this place.. again just received lotion and a very bad polish coating .. as you can see in the picture.. The staff were very unprofessional as the lady that I had kept talking about how her ex boyfriend was a "dick" and laughing at other customers conversations. Overall, very bad experience .. will not be going here again even though i still have a free manicure, pedicure and wax. no way.

I really thought the young…read morelady that did my pedicure was a sweet kind girl, but lacked the experience and when you are getting the most expensive pedicure that Prim offers I was not impressed when she used a nail file to file the rough areas of my feet. She didn't even soak my feet long enough to even enjoy and got down to business. When the experience was over I went to use the gift card that was purchased for the exact pedicure that was written on the gift card and I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount over and above what was on the gift card, this was an interaction with a different staff member. I told her that the gift card was for the exact pedicure that was booked and received, I then was asked to disclose who purchased the gift card for me and then it was decided that it was good enough, because they had increased their prices after the gift card was purchased which was purchased in December of 2024. This was my second experience with Prim and I am sorry to say my last. Be aware you don't always get what you pay for or are gifted.

I never dye my hair, but she has colored one of my friends hair and she always looks fantastic afterwards. The cost is awesome as well. I think I pay $50 each time and that is after tipping. The other staff I have talked to also seems nice. Plus I love how you can make an appointment later in the day. I think I once went in at 7pm, so perfect for those who work all day. The only thing that is missing is having water,coffee or tea available.
