Asked the kid to put a 5/8 on his clippers and just trim the loose stragglers off the beard. When I opened my eyes he'd literally cut my whole friggin beard off! Right down to maybe 1/8 and flush in the neck Not remotely what I asked for, I'm so disappointed I'll never go back there again. For what they charge you'd think they'd actually listen to what you asked for. Kid had the bedside manner of a doorknob never said a word other than to rush me out after he ruined my beard. Thanks for the trauma won't be back

Came in for a haircut when visiting Lethbridge. The map location is wrong but figured it out either…read moreway. The location is pretty cool. Geared toward men obv. Most of The women wear short black skirts Walked in and checked in on the machine they have at the front. I Was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed any help getting started. Very straight forward. Was told it was about a 20 minute wait which is pretty standard for a mall location on a Saturday. I Was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I've been to the location in Calgary at south centre and I wasn't super happy with the cut. So I am hoping I have a better experience here in the Lethbridge. The wait was actually less than 20 minutes which is nice. I am very happy with my haircut and the service I received! You get a head massage included and I almost fell asleep

Sadly though as they were asking me what I wanted trimmed (showing me in the mirror) the damn tv sets in the mirrors set there for entertainment purposes blocked me from seeing my actual reflection. Now I'm walking around with half my head cut off. (Maybe next time they should turn the tv's off)
