Mud residue on my brand new carpet. Things stated verbally that were wrong as a working employee of a company. VERY disappointed with the service. The owners never let us tell our side!!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to do things right. Along the way if there was anything I questioned, they were right on it. I wish all trades were as solid as these guys. They get the job done and stand behind their work. Seems more rare these days. They are also reasonable and don't charge an arm and a leg for what they do. Can't say enough good stuff about Joe and his crew. I feel like I worked with them enough to give an honest review and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I called Brian at Hybrid Plumbing and Boiler on a Thursday. Within hours, he stopped by and looked at the job and called me with an estimate shortly after that. He picked up the parts on Friday and did the work on Sunday. Hybrid did the work efficiently and neatly. They consulted me about decisions during the installation and were pleasant to have in the house. Great job.
