Show Low is too small to have contactors not honor their agreements. I tried to speak with him but he would not take my calls. All I got was a text saying he was not finishing the job. Come the day DR promised to be here they failed to show up. When we called their only excuse was "there was a mixup". We called Elvis with CA Plumbing. Elvis showed up right away, got our hot water heater working immediately, and quoted us a $1,000 less than DR Plumbing to install the same tankless heater.
