I'll add that all of the folks in her office are equally as competent and caring. If you are contemplating a visit to Dr. Reardon, it's because you haven't been feeling as well as you should--probably for quite some time. Your insurance-covered doctor has run some general tests that haven't shown anything all that extraordinary; and while you may greatly respect your PCP as I do, you realize that time and budget constraints limit the ability to which they can explore your issues. You may have been told that it's your impending menopause, or your weight, or that you perhaps should consider antidepressants. This is the state of medicine in our current era of managed care, and it's nobody's fault. Sometimes it just IS. Know that, if you can afford her services, "Dr. Julie" will leave no stone unturned in helping you find that road to recovery. No issues there. My visit with Dr. Jay was great; Mel, the intake RN was very pleasant and quick about taking my vitals and getting my background information. Dr. Jay was also pleasant, efficient, and thorough. It wasn't a long visit but I felt like she heard my concerns and reacted appropriately. The phlebotomist, Briona, was a gem.
