Additionally, she did not record her unprofessional behavior after she became angry and walked out. Although she may be an excellent doctor, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! As previously mentioned, I've been coming to Dr. Warfield for years yet all of the sudden, this lady tried to charge me a copay for which I've never before had to pay with my insurance. She's also very depressing when she speaks. For patients who are battling depression and anxiety, it's extremely upsetting! As the face of the clinic, this position requires someone with energy and enthusiasm. It demands someone with optimism and excellent customer service skills- willing and excited to help out patients coming in for help. I can only hope this person receives the proper training needed in customer service or is switched with another staff member more apt for the position.

When I call for an appointment, I usually can get in within a few days, and if it is urgent, sometimes that same day. Now that does not include annual exams as they save appointment times for more urgent matters. Annual exams are usually scheduled a couple of weeks out and sometimes a little longer at year's end when everyone is trying to get in!! I really don't know what I'm going to do if she ever decides to move or retire. I love the personable experience and the swiftness with which they can fit me in when necessary. Sometimes if I call early in the morning I'm able to get in the same day when it's important. I go multiple times a year for allergy shots, bloodwork for thyroid medication, blood pressure checks, the occasional cold, flu, and just about everything else. When it's necessary, she refers me to a specialist. I cannot give this office enough stars!

She had me go down the path of fighting to get a CPAP to work because she insisted my poor sleep was due to sleep apnea. While I do have mild sleep apnea. the CPAP never worked or helped and I ended up giving it back to the DME company. I recently switched doctors and my new doc put me on testosterone cream and 200 mg of progesterone and, wow, I'm sleeping through the night like a baby. It is only estrogen that I cannot take, progesterone and testosterone are fine. I do not recommend Dr. King to anyone. I feel she is very close minded, her bedside manner is terrible and she often runs late without apology.
