First, be prepared to play several rounds of phone tag to get an initial appointment. No one answers the phone and it takes days to receive a call back. My issues are not with Linzi, the dietitian, but with her husband and counter-part, Jay. After my appointment with Linzi, I was feeling motivated but still a little lost. I thought I would feel better after I met with the nurse practitioner, Lindsay. I tried for weeks to get an appointment with her, again playing phone tag with Jay, to finally get an appt. That appt. never happened because the N.P. quit. Jay asked me to come in the same day for vitals and an EKG (prior to my visit with the nurse). He showed up late and THEN advised me that their nurse quit and that he couldn't help me. Why couldn't he let me know BEFORE I drove all the way to their offices in the middle of a work day? He couldn't give me a good excuse. Without a nurse, I was unable to complete the program and wasn't given any guidance to move forward except to contact my own doctor to continue the program. This is the worst experience EVER! So unprofessional and absolutely no regard for their NEW patients. I again feel lost and defeated.
