From there he spoke to a colleague of his in the phone, noting that we probably weren't going to pay his rate to fix our piano and wanted to pass us off to someone else "whose prices were cheaper but whose work he didn't 100% trust. ". He ended the consultation by saying it was $80 for him to come out and look at the piano after being here for about 15 minutes. The cost was never quoted to us prior to his coming out nor was it listed on the website that he insisted we looked at multiple times. I can't state enough, avoid this company at all costs.
