If you're lazy to read long reviews, just ask for a COMBINATION massage. It's $100 for 90 mins. You'll get stepped on very nicely, stretched in ways you didn't know you needed , and deeply massaged in ways that will make you lookin forward to your next session. Fair warning though, it's intense but a good intense! I would think that you should be somewhat flexible and it would help if you're somewhat athletic. Better yet, if you're active / athletic person then this should be the massage for you. I've been here 4 times now but just tried AJ (a lady. In fact , there's only women working here but I thought I should add that detail in because AJ could be any gender name ) today. I thought I had amazing massages before but the massage AJ gave me today was the best one yet! I will definitely keep her as my first choice from now on and I look forward to my next visit. I had a 90 minute combo which was a mix of Thai massage and Swedish. I would best describe it as an awesome and intense assisted yoga stretches while also incorporating your masseuse to step on your backside (which is so awesome!) and deep tissue massage. Definitely not for someone who likes soft massages. I was stretched in all ways and massaged in areas that I didn't even know needed it. Woke up w a cranked neck and could barely turn my head without feeling pain. I had AJ for a 90 minute combo massage. I could tell she knew her stuff and really focused on the tendons (which hurt sooo good lol) and got rid of my huge knot that had been bugging me for months. I needed a massage so I went to Ch'Chada since I've been there before. Check-in was a breeze because I had an appointment so no issues there and I was led to my room quickly. The room setup was as expected -- it was clean and organized. After my therapist entered, the massage started shortly. She asked for my desired pressure and she mostly stuck to it. There were times when I felt it was too much but I figured maybe she was really trying to pop those knots. I liked that she was thorough and used a nice-smelling balm. I wished she had asked if I preferred lotion or oil before applying oil on me. In summary, while the massage was good, I realized that I've had better since my last visit and so this is the main reason for the 4 star rating. read more

I usually give here 10/10 since I came here with my partner here often and we love here, but I'm giving this rate for this time. I love the person who did my massage but I don't know where it went wrong but I didn't wanted a combination, instead of the combination I asked for Swedish deep tissue massage. I didn't figured out it was combo till the middle of the massage which I decided to just let it go since I was already half way from the 90 min session. It gives me a thought that I have to double check if it's the massage that I asked for, even though this NEVER HAPPENED even once. I made an appointment at 1.30 -was scheduled for a 3 .15 pm appointment. I presented before 3 however was informed that an 'issue came up ' and that AJ would only be available at 4.30 -and that they were planning to call me ( after I had already shown up driving 2 hours from LA) turns out they booked another person after giving me the appointment. then I was offere a different therapist that I reluctantly accepted for 1 hour - so now it was 4.30 and I asked if I could get a 30 min appointment from AJ - I was told no even though it was now 4.40 .... there was no remorse for the absolute lack of customer service, the fact that I drove 2 hrs , I asked to speak with manager and was told I would get a call which I haven't , this is after I made the appointment for acute shoulder pain read more

So I booked an appointment here with my friend because she was visiting and we wanted to get massages. The reviews were all good so we were excited. First off... my masseuse came at minimum 10 minutes late. Probably closer to 15. I was laying there waiting... waiting... waiting... and eventually I decided to look up at the time. I booked an appointment for 4:30PM and it was 4:40PM.. naturally I wanted to mentally note the time to see if I'm actually getting a 60 minute massage. After I waited some more, she eventually came, didn't even apologize for the wait, and started massaging my feet. I was a bit confused and told her how I booked for a 60 minute head, neck, and shoulder massage because I didn't need anywhere else massaged but she ignored me and said it's because my entire body is tight. ??? She can look at my body that's under a thin blanket and can tell my entire body needs a massage?? It felt good and all but I paid for a 60 minute head, shoulder, and neck massage and she probably spent half the time on everything else but that such as my legs and lower back. She then finished exactly at 5:30PM so she came 10-15 minutes late and then finished on the dot. So basically... I paid for a 60 minute head, shoulder, and neck massage and instead got a 45 minute full body massage. My shoulders were in so much pain that all I wanted was attention focused there so that was incredibly frustrating. My friend and I met at the front and I asked her about her experience... she said her massage started immediately but she too didn't get what she paid for (she got the same treatment where she got a full body massage when she didn't want that) Overall... wouldn't recommend. Best massage I've ever had in my life. AJ is the best. My back has been hurting for the past few weeks from stress. So decided to book a 90 minute Thai + deep tissue massage + cupping. AJ is so detailed with the way she works out each and every knot. And the stretching part was so intense in the best way possible. Her technique is next level. I went into this spot as per recommended by a friend. The massage itself was good however I felt there was a lack of professionalism all around First and foremost, their online program makes it very easy to make a reservation as well as pick the person you'd like to assist you. The check in process is also pretty easy. However, I found it a little unprofessional that the two receptionists were asking me to tip on my credit card prior to getting the service. I don't tip My massage therapist, until after my service has been completed, because then that determines how much I will tip. I would have felt bad if I only tipped $30 on the card but really wanted to give the massage therapist $50 to give an example. I get paying for the service itself however do not ask me to tip on my credit card prior to receiving a service. Second, I was in pretty quickly. The massage therapist came in, she had great hand work and was able to get a lot of knots out of my upper back. however, I requested for her not to crack my back. I understand that these things happen during massages, however she essentially gave me a full back adjustment. I am willing to guess that none of these massage therapists have A medical degree in chiropractic care. Additionally, I asked her not to Touch or stretch out my neck AT ALL, and I felt I went unheard. There were times where her hands and or forearms were completely around my neck, and I just wasn't relaxed at all. Also, please note that the rooms are not sound proof and are very very noisy. You can hear the conversations throughout the entire building. Third, The CBD oils and lotions were great all around. I can really tell my skin absorbed them; and again she did a very good job of getting the knots out of some areas I wanted focused on. There was also additional CBD oil left over that they let me keep. The prices are pretty good as well, however, there are a lot of options to choose from with little detail on what the services entail. Overall, I think I was expecting something a little bit different, however, the massage itself was fine and felt like I got a little relief from the knots in my upper back for sure. read more

had a spa day with my cousins and they were able to accommodate the four of us and two husbands. you can have a private massage or couples. idk why but my cousin and i decided to couple up haha my lady was friendly and very strong. i was man-handled! she walked on my back and i thought i was going to die but i lived through it guys. i wanted to tell her not to walk on my back but i don't want to be rude. i had requested that they don't when i scheduled my appt so i think it would be best for them to tell their staff and not leave it to the client to address. that would be my only complaint. everyone in our party enjoyed their massages! read more

I just had the single best massage of my life. I run. I run alot. So, my body is typically pretty knotted up when I go in for a massage. I always request that the massage therapist go hard but they rarely apply the pressure I'm hoping for, and need. Jasmine was certainly up to the task. This was intense. There were moments of this massage that were truly painful, but necessarily so. And the reward was that each time Jasmine stepped off, that body part would feel completely rejuvenated.
