I've been wanting a massage for months and with Covid it's obviously been difficult but since OC has the go to open I decided to go not because we can but I was having really bad back pain and my usual place is closed so thanks to yelp I found Elements for Wellness. I called the number and it was a voicemail so I decided to call later. I went to work and later got a voicemail and the friendly lady told if I needed an appointment to just call or text this number. So I asked if they had a availability the next day and they did! I got a confirmation text that says when you arrive to text your massage therapist and they will let you in the building. Once I pulled up, I text that I'm here and she cane immediately and let me in. We walk and as I was observing the place is basically a bunch of suites and each suite is a different business. So I walk in the suite and filled out some paperwork. Used the restroom (it was nice and clean!) the. Started my 90 min massage and let me tell you it was AMAZING! Leny was able to release a lot of tension in my lower back and it feel so much better afterwards! I will be coming back and just referred my husband too! read more

I've had two sessions with Lizzy her newest massage therapist so far. Lizzy has quickly been able to evaluate exactly what I needed during our sessions. LENY was absolutely awesome! I got a 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and I absolutely want to come back. I workout daily so I have some really tight spots that needed help -- she managed to find all those spots even when I forgot to mention them. My lower back, hips and neck needed it! I appreciate that there was very little talking during the massage because it allows me to relax better. Only to ask if I was comfortable/okay/ or to adjust pressure. A total gem of a spot! I normally go to a normal massage place until my last visit hurt me and their lack of professionalism in massage techniques showed. I've always had lower back pain, but recently it has gotten worse due to sitting in an office all days with poor posture lol. The last masseuse kept rubbing harder and harder and it hurt so bad that I thought to never come back. Found this gem while browsing for new massage therapist with professionalism kept in mind. Was able to make an appointment for the next day with Leny. With COVID, they have you check in with your therapist via text message, which I actually prefer instead of awkwardly waiting around outside. The facility is locked and can only be opened from the inside, so that controls how many people are in the building. They definitely take their policies seriously. Upon meeting Leny, I can tell off the bat that she's easy-going and friendly. Really makes sure you're comfortable and listens to your needs. Compared to a normal massage location, her techniques are different and hurts just enough! No pain, no gain. I'm writing this a day after my appointment and I'm happy to say I feel better about my back compared to getting many massages at the other place. Leny can really find your knots and work them out... had a knot in my neck I would've never found EVER LOL. Paid intro pricing of $90 (compared to $105) and they have a special 3 visit package pricing @ $90 each which I opted for because after my massage, I could tell she would make a huge difference moving forward. Also wanted to note that the room is small, but something about it feels cozy and inviting, yet you could tell it was a professional massage facility. This review is long overdue. My mom was getting massages from Sarah for about a year and a half. She was very caring and attended to my mom every single session. My mom had back and shoulder pain due to taking care of my heavy (macrosomic) baby. Sarah was able to relieve most of her pain. I am so sad we moved to Riverside county/Lake Elsinore area. I've been seeing Sarah for massage monthly for at least five years and I can honestly say those sixty (sometimes 90) minutes are always incredibly looked forward to. Sarah is not afraid to get deep into those knots and leave you feeling the best kind of sore and refreshed. Her massages are amazing! I can attest to the fact that her deep tissue muscle work is top notch. Without her, my back and neck would be a solid rock. Leny and Sarah came through again! A few days after having the best massage of my life my son had a very stiff neck and a tight muscle in his back. I recently moved to OC from the Bay Area and was in need of a knowledgeable massage therapist. Sarah has been an absolute angel, after I told her my past injuries to my lower back she was able to make me walk painlessly again! I see her every 2-3 weeks and I always look forward to the relief.
