Antonio may have an interesting surname, but he is absolutely no "Flake" when it comes to the services that he provides. If I were to have any reservation about rating his services on Yelp, it would be that there are not nearly enough stars in the rating system to truly and accurately indicate the exceptional professionalism, and high quality of his work! The fact that he also charges the lowest fee for his cleaning and hauling services is another, and unexpected, added bonus. Antonio was prompt to answer his calls for service, arrived when scheduled and ready to immediately start work. He was at once both friendly and engaging, and his work ethic is second-to-none. Antonio did everything that he said that he would, and he also did it completely and most professionally. We spoke one time before he started on his work for me, and he provided much better service then I thought that a hauler would! Additionally, he offered a price and then, after he saw more of the job actually LOWERED it, and that is simply UNHEARD of in any industry! He also said that he would arrange the loads - we had several for him to remove - very intelligently, as to maximize the load he was removing, and to minimize the trips necessary to complete the job at hand. AWESOME! I got three quotes for a clean up after a disgusting bastard left one of my apartments a mess. There were couches on my front lawn, a garage full of crap, kitchen cabinets full of decaying crap with roaches all up in it, crap furniture everywhere, and a filthy carpet that needed to be completely ripped out. I tried to get three quotes, Cheap Hauling was cheapest by 100 bucks, and one of the unreliable junk guys never even bothered to keep his appointment for a quote. Cheap Hauling was punctual at the time of my quote, and punctual on the day of the job. Antonio quoted me 4 or 5 hours, but they were done in two!!!! I found a little bit more trash than he originally quoted, and he included it for no extra $ !!!! It is really hard to find punctual people that keep their word and over deliver, but this is one such guy. I would give him 10 stars if possible. I thought about doing it myself, with a buddy, but in my small pickup it would have taken all day. Time is Money...and this guy will save your time so you can get on with whatever it is you need to do. After several donation centers wouldn't take my furniture because a) it was from the 70s b) it was upstairs c) it was too large and they don't take mattresses. I called several companies to haul away a king size bed set and a 3 pc entertainment center.
