Most of the time I walk right in and am served immediately. I have not applied for any loans or mortgages or done more than routine banking so I cannot speak about those types of transactions. But despite that process in particular, the folks I have encountered would be very forthright in helping you and are genuinely interested in the best possible outcome for you. This is my first review for this branch, but not my first visit since they opened it a few years…read moreago. It is small, but has all the services you need available. They even have a computer to use, if you want to log in. A service member can even help you with that, especially if not so computer savvy! I was greeted upon entering and directed to where I needed to go. I proceeded to the teller line to get a new debit card. No line, so I walked right up to the teller who was waiting with a smile and greeting of the day. So nice! They have a coffee/tea machine, so I missed getting myself a cup since there was no wait. Some days, especially when it's cold outside, I don't mind waiting in line a few minutes just so I can get a cup. Ha. After resetting my PIN, I was asked to wait in the lobby - waiting area while my card was personalized. And, they would bring it out to me. There is a TV on the wall, magazines, and phone charging station in their waiting area. Nice! Charging stations need to become the new standard in a waiting room. My card was ready before I could finish snapping a picture or even plugging in my phone. Not complaining. The best time to go and avoid long waits are mid weekdays before lunch and not a payday! The customer service here was great today! I just live closer to a different branch. I like this one is next to Publix though. Knock out two errands and drive to one place.
