I rarely visit branches these days but BOA is one of my banking spots that usually have me visiting the branch. It also seems that BOA is continuing their branch consolidation. Happily this spot is not far from me. This spot is right on the corner of University and McNab and they have their own lot. It is very easy to access from either side and it's an easy in and out. It's also very accessible for all with the long ramp here. My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful.
