Slow and incompetent employees. Sign clearly states they sell money orders. Well they certainly had no one capable of handling that task on the afternoon of 5-4-2012. A transaction that had been efficiently handled on at least two previous occasions was not in any manner to be completed today. Strange how new employees come equipped with a whole new set of 'rules' about how they are going to run their employers business. It is easier to say 'no can do' rather that refer to the proper procedures.
Completion of my tasks required a trip to another store to purchase a money order after cashing a check at Check 'n Go. Check cashing alone required almost 30 minutes of time. read more
