I can surely say I left with all questions answered. When I returned with the paper work needed to finish up the transaction I was greeted and signed in, in no time at all. I guess Carlos was the man to see as I was the third person waiting for him. As I waited on him the two other personal bankers came out and asked everyone in the lobby had they been helped and if the could help out in any way. Once it was my turn I went into the office and we got the ball rolling and in no time at all I received the bad news. But it was so worth the try.
